I have always been amazed by the relationship between women and horses, more so than the one between men and horses. Perhaps it was that a woman (first wife and first ex-wife) got me into ‘cutting’ quarter horses, or another (third wife, third ex-wife) that shared the passion for ride & ties, but somehow it informed me of the connection, the relationship that i have paid attention to ever since. And Kimberly shares it all so very well. I also like the synchronicity, as my son was telling me this morning about his ride through the trails of Hollister Ranch along the SoCal coast north of Santa Barbara this past week. A first for him, and i hope not the last.
