I was saddened to learn that CRN reader Al, of bluealto (formerly known as synaptic blue), lost his long-time partner David suddenly and unexpectedly last week.
You might consider stopping by and offering a word. Al’s a good guy, and I imagine his dog Singer could use some good wishes too.

Thanks so much for putting this up Chris. It really is comforting to know that people reach out, offer thoughts, energy, etc.
We’re getting by. Though it’s strange, out of all the various emotions and the other requisite “stuff”, the most difficult part is to watch the dog wait by the door.
