I love it as a metaphor as well as a response to the big-fish-little-fish, but politically I’m going to come down against it as “unproductive,” because I’m afraid it will fuel people’s Christian persecution complexes. Maybe on my bumper I’ll stick a logo of a brain to rebut the soul.
Or how about a brain and the tag line “Your brain: Use it, that’s all there is”
Or maybe a “Materialists have feelings too” alongside the brain. Then we get a piece of that martyrdom action.
Murky, I suspect any action short of full conversion fuels Christians’ persecution complexes. Pay attention to them, and they feel offended. Ignore them, and they feel offended.
That’s as it may be, but there’s a limit to how loudly you wanna talk about Mike Tyson’s momma.
Just don’t get one of these.
That one should be scratch-and-sniff.
The only proper response to that one is a fish with a swastika in it.
