Had a very nice visit today with Kevin T. Keith, bioethics blogger at Sufficient Scruples and co-blogger at Lean Left. As is usually the case for visitors to Creek Running North’s World Headquarters, he was treated to a fabulous walk down this blog’s eponymous creek. But wait, there’s more: KTK also received a special bonus prize of a subsequent walk back up the creek.
Post-walk, after rendezvousing with the lovely Mrs. Running North, the three of us went to a local Peruvian restaurant, where the eagle-eyed KTK noted an item on the menu, pointed it out, and asked “Do you think they used Microsoft Office’s Menu Template?”
The item read, verbatim,
“GARLIC TOAST
short description of dish”
A fine time, etc. etc. We then returned to Zeke and Thistle and Harley’s house, where KTK and I spent several hours sitting in the back yard chatting. It was great to take a break from blogging to talk about blogging with another blogger.
Perhaps they wanted to let you know that they had short and long descriptions of their didhes.
