this is the picture I’d like to see on top of your website - I’m assuming it’s your work and it’s personal and lovely. Why use a canned shot - assuming, as I am, that’s what’s on top of your blog now? Nothing else about this space is canned in the slightest. Maybe you could rotate pix thru the banner - don’t know how hard that would be.

I am currently involved in high-level negotiations with one or more Famous Artists to come up with a long-term replacement, and we may or may not have reached the MOU phase of the agreement. I really can’t say more than that. It’s all very hush-hush.

Were I to shoot the above again, I’d take the time not to have the horizon exactly at vertical center, but .666666 of the way from the bottom, or maybe .618033.

Oh, and no job search for now. I’m a full-time animal house husband. Fortunately, the duties are light enough to allow for writing.

I wanted say I hope you are writing while you are being with Zeke, but the old mommy thing came up - the one which says if you want your kid to do or keep doing something really special, unique to them and who they are, DON’T fer god’s sake say it, you’ll bitch up the whole deal. Not that I see you like I see my kid, except that there is something I value very highly in you, and there there is a cross-over, which is probably what brought up the whole shut-my-mouth reaction.
But now you’ve said it so I can say I’m in line to buy your book and several more for some dear friends - think how simple you could make my gift giving for years to come! You know I’m not the only one out here who feels like that.
