Dynamic desert ecologist Daniel Patterson has a new blog, with politics and nature stuff from my second-favorite US city. In his work life, Daniel's done some fantastic stuff defending desert ecosystems, especially the ORV-riding-yahoo-infested Algodones Dunes near Yuma. His blog promises to be an good read.
