It's funny: this is a former Top Dog, across Milvia from Berkeley High. It's apparently run by some sort of Jeezmoids, hence the halo. (I notice that when turds go to Heaven, they also turn red.) Maybe Top Dog is skeered of them, or maybe they made a deal.
