One thing I was annoyed about losing on the old computer was this one, which I intend to crop and otherwise fool around with. Joe and I were fiddling with binocs and the camera and stuff at the start of a short walk on Pine Mountain in Marin County when a couple of jackrabbits came chasing down the path, did a jackrabbit doubletake at us, spun on their furry little heels and dashed back up the path into the chaparral.
As I had the camera pointed more or less in that direction anyway, I reflexively hit the shutter a time or two and caught this critter in mid-bound.
Pica, I did not send the pair of them up your way, I promise.
